All things. By Him and for Him. Glory to God!
You were created by Him, for Him.
"...things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities." - Colossians 1:16 (NIV)
He created everything...for Him. This means a lot.
Because He created them for Him, it means the created should have a defined relationship with the One who created them.
Because you were created for Him, He expects you to relate to Him in a specific manner...and the manner is not hidden at all.
"How does He want me to relate to Him?" you may ask. It's simple; just make Him the Lord of your life, the Lord of everything that pertains to you. Hold on to His teaching. Be a true disciple. That is what is meant by "... for Him."
