Devotional Sermon #57: MAXIMIZING DIVINE OPPORTUNITY - Inspirational Christian blogs for youth

Life is full of opportunities; there is quite a range of them.

Do not restrict yourself when you think of opportunities. There are opportunities to make money (this is a hot topic with a lot of people), to lend a hand, to apply wisdom, to demonstrate the soundness of your conduct, etc.

“Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity” (Ephesians 5 Verse 15).

Do not let any good opportunity pass you by. Neither should you just take advantage of a good opportunity; instead, you must make the most of it. That is what Paul encouraged the Ephesians to do.

Do not be afraid of opportunities that might present themselves before you. You should never entertain the thought that it could be a mission impossible. Instead, you should exercise ever-increasing faith. You have every right to boast in the Lord.

Strengthen yourself as follows: “I can do everything through him who gives me strength"(Philippians 4:13). But never say this just for the sake of saying something; you've got to believe what you say. You must always be sure of your ground.
